The vineyard is a magical place. You can almost feel the vines reaching deep into the ground to nourish the fruit.
This is Juan's favorite place to be, walking between the vine rows, sampling the fruit and imagining the wines he'll make. Like a master stonecutter picturing the perfect gem from within solid stone, he imagines the complex flavors he'll coax from his own "diamonds in the rough".
As is true with fine jewels, the wines Juan makes are multi-faceted. The Merlot is polished and inviting, the Cabernet complex, and the Shiraz bright and bold. The Chardonnay is cool and smooth.
